We want you to be fully stoked on your new gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unused skateboards, components, and apparel in their original packaging. Please note that boards that have been gripped, assembled, or skated cannot be returned for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the condition of the deck or gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
